Hypothesis:
By adding Shipping Address Changes messaging to checkout,
we will reduce friction in the checkout flow, increasing checkout continuation and conversions.
Findings:
Consumer care team is asking for messaging that,
“Changes to shipping address are not permitted once an order is submitted”
but there’s concern that we will overwhelm consumers with too much info.
