ABT-xxx

Findings:

  • Logged in users are defaulted to Economy shipping without being given the option to choose expedited shipping.

Hypothesis:

  • By moving the Edit Link closer to the Shipping method, we can inform users that they can change shipping methods, thus increasing transactions and drop outs.

Metrics:

  • ⬆️ Transactions

  • ⬇️ Bounces

Checkout Free Shipping Threshold ( Yankee Marmot )

Findings:
Free shipping threshold is easy to miss on desktop and can be missed entirely on mobile.

Hypothesis:
By moving/duplicating free shipping threshold, we can increase transactions, AOV, and decrease bounces from checkout.

PDP AR Button ( Graco )

Findings:
AR function can be easy to miss if users do not see the hover over state.

Hypothesis:

By defaulting the AR text to always show, we will increase clicks on the AR logo, increased ATC, and transactions.

⬆️ AR Button Clicks
⬆️ ATC Clicks
⬆️ Transactions

Cart Payment Installment Messaging ( Yankee Marmot Graco )

Hypothesis: By increasing visibility for payment installment actions, we can increase the number of Continue to Checkout clicks and transactions.
